Renamed Alhazred, he escapes the desert and embarks on a quest to restore his body and reunite with his true love. I recommend this to anyone with an interest in the Lovecraftian Mythos. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. It had some flaws, as all stories mecronomicon in one way or another, but I was too busy enjoying the story for them to annoy me. Rated 3 stars since it’s a half-5 star book, a half-1 star book. This could have easily been two or even three books. While his Necronomicon contains an odd mixture of technical and narrative writing it is interesting, informative, and often surprisingly humorous. However, The Necronomicon Files originally published in and later revised and expanded in prove fairly conclusively that, The Necronomicon is a work of fiction invented by Lovecraft for use in his fiction.
