I could go on and on and on, but will leave you with my absolute favorite quote from the book – one I say to myself when I am praying and immersing myself in the thought, feeling and emotion of gratitude of all that has come to pass, all that is, and all that shall be: Amazon Music Stream millions of songs. It had a lot of information on scientific studies on prayer, some of which I found interesting, some I found hard to understand.
As a vegetarian, it is nice that another group felt the same way years before me, in which Braden often sees things through a mode of peace of all sentience, giving personal accounts how he cared for injured animals. A little light weight, was expecting more indepth or at least thought provoking. It is very similar to books like “The Secret” in that it is a proponent of envisioning the future that you want.

The clinical take that optimism causes chemical changes in the body that are measurable was a pretty astounding discovery for me, and I believe this to be true. I watch his stuff on YouTube often and am fascinated with what he has to say. Among the most empowering of the forgotten elements are references to a science with the power to bring everlasting healing to our bodies and initiate an unprecedented era of peace and cooperation between governments and nations.

This is really a book about who we are and how it is that we have strayed from our divine nature, our birthright.
It also explains just a piece of what is behind the power of prayer and what is meant by having faith the size of a mustard seed.
